Diana graduated from the Medical School of Wroclaw in 2013. After graduation Diana moved to Warsaw to work as a dental technician (orthodontic). She worked there for 2 years with hands-on experience on driving a whole business. In 2015 she made a decision to move to Ireland and continue her career in the profession. In 2016 Diana started to work for The Dental Lab – and she met Kinga who joined the team in 2017.

Kinga graduated from the Medical University of Gdansk in 2010. After graduation she took an offer as a dental technician in an orthodontic laboratory in Gdansk. She worked in the lab for the next 6 years. In 2017 Kinga moved to Dublin, she continued to work as a dental technician in The Dental Lab.

Diana and Kinga left The Dental Lab in 2018 and they made a decision to run an own orthodontic laboratory business. Ortho4U was established in 2018.
